Sorry to hear that you haven`t earned any good experience with Home Learning College just as many other people I know. Well I asked them and looked around the cost of the level 4. Truly many provider have cheaper prices but, there is no paid exam fees or many times study materials or AAT membership fees. Home Learning College do offer the level 4 with distance learning option at a cost of 1600 pounds. So level 3 and 4 cost around 3800 pounds if I remember good but could be 4200 pounds. Now my level 2-3 cost me at least 2800 but I think was 3200 pounds.
Although it is a distance learning course and a lot was dependent on my will to study, the support given by the college was good. The text books were easy to follow, the tutor responded to my queries promptly, and all in all I felt I've completed the course fast and without any fuss. The website was good too, containing chat rooms with other students and useful documents to help with studying, but it was a bit hard to find stuff on it. It is significantly cheaper than doing a full-time study at the university of course, but it is distance learning after all, meaning you do most of the work yourself. If you've got the money to pay for the course, then definitely yes.
